Amazing staff. I called with an emergency for my pet and there was no hesitations they told me to bring her in right away. They took Amazing care of her.

I had to put my sweet baby boy, Nicholas down the beginning of this year. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made the heart wrenching experience so lovely. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved boy! Today, I received his ashes back. As much as my heart breaks to see him in this form, This Clinic and where he was cremated at, went above and beyond! I did not expect him to come back to me in such a gorgeous urn with the most heartfelt notes and poems. I also received a sympathy card in the mail, signed from everyone in the clinic! May I never have to do this process again but this staff is absolutely incredible! Thank you again to every hand on deck during this process!!

Well I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff here . Putting down my beloved pitbull Dzeil after having him for 13.5yrs. Was the hardest decision of my life. But the staff was amazing helping me go thur the process. Even tho I truly miss Dzeil so much I'm thankful for everything. When he was returned to me , he was placed in this beautiful cedar box with his name on top. Very beautiful. Thank you so much live Oak veterinarian clinic.
